I'm trying to ID a few hotels in the area and I know that at least one has the Motorola Radius SP50s. From what I've read, they are programmable from 150-170 and 450-470. I'd like to know if there are factory preset frequencies that Motorola programs these to right out of the box. Thanks.

there are no "pre-programmed" anything. The radio has to be programmed to some frequency before it's put into service. Unless you're talking about the SP10 or other older radio programmed via dip-switch. They vary too but will be on one of the color dot channels.
