Is there a database here that lists systems by Motorola SYSID?
I'm trying to find information about a system that I've found.
A search of the FCC site for the frequency yielded nothing.

There used to be, but it was replaced by the database on this site. I've lobbied for it to be replaced, but no such luck.

Is there a database here that lists systems by Motorola SYSID?

If you go to the main page of the RRDB, there is an option for you to search on *known* sysid's. If you do not get a hit then nobody has taken the time to submit it so that it can be logged.
