Motorola Type II Smartnet w/ Pro 94

I think my Pro 94 can tune these frequencies but I don't know about the smartnet part. Can someone tell me if I can, and please remind me how to program these frequencies for Chandler AZ.

It's just a Motorola descriptive term. It has no impact on your scanner.
Program the freqs. following the steps in the manual.
