Motorola XTS3000 Hi uhf OOB mod 450-512 need the ham 70cm lower hex info

Hi I'm trying to lower the frequency range of a Motorola XTS 3000 M2 HI UHF 450 to 512 (S) in the Model# and all I need is the HEX numbers/letters of the original lower frequency AND the NEW numbers to change the band pass to cover the 70 CM band Yes I know how to hex edit the Astroportdepot.exe RSS ver 05.02.02
I need the radio to be stable so ALL the changes points would be great ! THANK you all for your HELP !!!

First of all, the XTS3000 isn't an amateur radio product so I'm not sure why you chose this forum?

Second of all, Depot isn't discussed here.

And last but not least, the instructions are easily found using a Google search.
