BCD325P2/BCD996P2: MotoTRBO Connect Plus Not scanning

I am having difficulties getting my scanner to scan a Connect Plus system. The system is on RR and I have it programmed, using ProScan, from RR. No traffic is showing on the scanner. I am also using an RTL-SDR with HDSDR and DSD+ monitoring the control channel and can see the radio activity, just nothing displaying on the scanner. Any ideas? This is related to the Comsource DMR Lansing site.

Couple of things to confirm:
1) The system is set for ID Search.
2) Use DSD+ to confirm that LCNs are correct. RRDB is not always spot on on DMR, yet, due to the newness of being able to monitor these with a scanner. Note that LCN is not the same as LSN. LCN is the LSN of slot 2 divided by 2 (i.e. if slot 2 of a frequency indicates LSN 12, that would be LCN 6).

It is set for ID Search.

Still new to DSD+, so not sure how to confirm LCN's are correct. Do I change to one of the freq and wait for traffic, or is that in the control channel I am monitoring? I do see events popping up about group calls and listing the TG and Radio IDs and a channel number.
