Am I hearing DMR/Mototrbo on 462.700 here in Omaha / Council Bluffs IA any one?

or if you can tell me what I might be hearing. Thanks

I happen to know that Omaha REACT uses 462.7000MHz with a pl tone of 141.3... same as grand island REACT here where I live. does that help any??

React in omaha moved to 70cm ham radio a couple years ago. They have two repeaters.

is that linked in with what goes on in council bluffs? the "storm-spotter" network?

No. REACT runs their own net and cover more than one county. They interact straight to NWS.
