Motrac/Motran Control Heads spotting features?

Doing more research on pre-CleanCab Motorola control heads.
The few photos I found, I have seen a few differences between some. Are these the different versions of control heads for Motrans and Motracs? I do now know that the Motrac is an early version with tubes and resistors of the Motran (Thanks to the people who responded to my last thread!)

In the first photo, (Santa Fe FP45 #98 preserved at SCRM [Formerly OERM]) You can see two knobs (what I assume are channel and vol), and the above that four light up channel indicators.

Now compare that with another photo, from MRPS's website. Same arrangement as before, but now with the addition of a Channel Group switch, and a dispatcher button. (No idea what the former is, I assume the latter is an early way of toning up the DS).

Heres another version from this video, I didn't know about, it has quite a different arrangement. This time the two buttons are at the top and bottom of the head, with what looks like the Dispatcher button and selector below the top one.


Speaking of buttons, where is the TX button on any of these? Is it on the handset?
I would love to purchase one of these, I called up MRPS but their website is wrong, they sold theirs a long time ago.
I would definintly appreciate more information on these control heads, especially if anyone has model numbers. (Especially if you have one sitting in your attic or garage you want gone!)

My dad worked for the railroad in the communications department so had lots of exposure as a curious kid now electrical engineer.

The first picture is the older control head that was used with Motran/Motrac radios. Those models only had 4 channels.
The second picture is for newer control head that was used with Micor radios. These modes could have more channels which the A/B switch let you choose up to 8 channels. Also, the dispatch was for sending a single tone that would alert the dispatcher to answer a particular base radio. You select the tone and then push the button to send tone.

Some other units had a PTT and mic on the control head so you did not need the handset.
