Mount Mitchell repeater 145.190 tone

I am very confused which told tone they use ?
I've been logging this tone c100.0 what does that mean ?

There is no tone on the repeater. At least, not to access it.

there's a rptr K4DYR/R on 145.19 in Eaton Tennessee with a 100hz tone...might be hearing that one with a BIG opening, it's in far western Tenn....dunno....but as already stated, Mount Mitchell has no PL tone....per latest SERA Repeater Journal database

Never been a tone. Skip has been bad this week. Probably the other repeater as stated.
