I have a question about Mount View Youth Services (and Lookout etc.). Are they on the "Youth Offender Services" channels listed in the database on the DTRS?
Also, who staffs them? I know someone who visited someone there yesterday and said they had uniformed Denver Police Officers providing the security. This seemed odd since it's not in Denver and I thought it was operated by the state.
