Movie Crews Filming on I-787 & I-90 in Albany

This weekend and next weekend Paramount Studios will be in the CapitalDistrict filming the new Angelina Jolie film.

They are going to have car chase / crash scenes on I-787 and I-90 at that interchange.

Anyone know what freq's they will be using ? Or a good guess where to search for these ?

It's a big shoot. They are shutting down I-90 and I-787.

There will be lots of chatter on DOT & Police freq's, but I want to listen to the film crews.

Any help is appriciated.

Movie Productions - Scan New England Wiki


Thank you for the frequencies,Getting alot of traffic on here not sure who is who yet.
Have some pictures from the other day basically what you see in the news paper.
Going back sometime today as there seems to be alot of traffic on the scanner.

The actors stayed at the 74 State Hotel.I saw Angolina in the lobby with some guys while I was there to deliver some radio batteries and headsets to the hotel manager.

The Angelina Jolie movie is also building a soundstage inside one of the old large hangars inside the Northrup/Grumman complex in Bethpage, Nassau County. Outside of the hangar are several theatrical police and sheriff cars, black Chevy Suburbans and Cadillac Limos. This week, several tractors brought in the actor's dressing room trailers. It is supposed to be a "spy-thriller" action movie that will be coming out in 2010.

Sorry I just found this thread. Sorry that I didn't look here before I went downtown to shoot the video of the making of the production of SALT. I DID get a few hits on the "Special" freqs section of my 250D, but they were mostly traffic related as in PA's opening and closing roads. Still cool to listen to and I heard them decide to break for lunch so I didn't have to hang around waiting for more action.
