Ran into some sort of production activity on Saturday at the public library in downtown Hopewell.

Could be the movie 'Tapawingo' or 'The Walking Dead: The World Beyond'

464.500 [d263] - primary orders to roll, wrap, etc.
469.500 [d271] - appears to be Ch-2 for users of 464.500

The rest are listed from most heard to least heard:
461.0875 [d364]
466.0375 [d346]
461.2875 [d306]
466.0875 [d371] - mention of a hi-hat. could've been Beacon Theatre or the "Red Not Chili Peppers"
466.2875 [d311]

Haven't had a chance to check the recordings out, but almost everything sounded like a movie or TV crew. Haven't heard any of these in Hopewell before. So watch these freqs in the Richmond/Petersburg area to see if something's filming near you

Other Hopewell catches:
467.550 [CSQ] freighter Balsa 96 leaving the AdvanSix plant
467.6375 [CSQ] Boathouse Restaurant
462.6625 [79.7] - unknown, but also in downtown area

Filming in Powhatan on the State Farm sets have been going on since last year. They seemed to have slowed since the end of June though, seemingly after a fire at one of the set structures. Of late, there has been more activity at the set with the larger studio trucks and more trades people. This all was for the Dead, offshoot production.
There was some activity on the FRS and GRS bands at that time. Nothing for security, they use cellular.
Will set up a scanner with your given data and general scan in groups. With thanks for the info.
Another, could be unrelated sign, is CSX traffic on the east/west line along the James slows during filming times.
Right now seems all eastbound traffic has slowed considerably. May not be related.
if you would like to see the sets that have been in place for years, two ships/boats that were at a port scene, that also burned, just Google sat map the south western part of the farm, in Powhatan. A house, church, barns, and battlefields can be seen.

Reviewed the recordings and all the freqs reported from Hopewell were with the production, including 466.0875 [d371].

Mentions of a hi-hat and an apple box probably being used together. Anybody know if these represent movie lingo? This and a few other things make me wonder if a performance of the Red Not Chili Peppers at the Beacon might be involved in the production.

Also a mention of 'John Heeder' (the only time I heard a surname used). Not sure how Jon Heder pronounces his name, but it could indicate that the production is 'Tapawingo'.

Keeping eyes and ears open. Still watching freqs active from the 'Monument' plane wreck scene

Big thanks, Chris! The only usage of 'hi-hat' that I was familiar with would be a drummer's sock cymbal. Was trying to imagine one being put on a box without causing an avalanche on stage!
