Hi,

I've got a good selection of sites loaded into the 996XT. My question...is there an easy way to group different services, i.e. all the fire department freqs together, all the ham repeaters together, etc.

With software like Freescan, you can cut and paste conventional groups from one system to another.

I am using Freescan. I'll give it a try.

Easily done - just can't always use Cnrl-C and Cntrl-v - Use the dropdowns under edit - then it will show paste xxxx (whatever you copy/cut)
