The State AWIN system is the only Public Safty system subject to rebanding and my latest information is there is no rebanding in progress at this time tho' it could start at any time.

I'm trying to decide whether to invest in a new scanner or not. The ones I have now cannot be reprogrammed so will be useless after the changes. Guess I'll just wait until I get there and see what happens.

For what it is worth, the Local RS store indicates that the Central area, LR, NLR, County is suppose to go digital after the first of the year.
