MPD and DC Fire/EMS Radio System Down

According to Fox 5 News, MPD and DC Fire/EMS radio systems have crashed. From my listening they are in failsoft mode and are operating on the individual channels in a conventional manner. Anyone have further information.

It also sounds like all channels/talkgroups are in analog mode
