MPD on 8TAC91

I heard MPD on 8TAC91 again today when I was out and about. I don't think there was any events today. The voices were understandable. I heard normal traffic that sounded like when they used to be on 460MHZ. I also heard something about officer being on the wrong channel/TG. I assume this was a patch of one of the MPD Dispatch TGs.
