It used to be a vhf channel in vselp. With the switch to uhf its a p25 simplex frequency and encrypted with ADP.

They didnt use the old vhf one that much,

Ok, thanks. But would you happen to have any clue what the UHF Freq is? I can't seem to find any other UHF frequency licensed other than their 3 main frequencies

I doubt it. They usually use a simplex channel.
