Is there any way to set up the scanner so when a tx comes across you could tell if it was from the tower, or the car/radio? I know if both the tower, and the car use the same freqs it wouldnt be possible, but I think there are some smart guys here who know the system well.

I see in the Uniden form some wanted radio id's as a feature on new scanners. Would this help differentiate between the towers and the cars?
