MPSCS Sites/Talkgroups 2019

Gratiot County Fire Dispatch Is being patched to G-EVENT 13, with an RID of 9299991. Several units have MPSCS radios .Some units I've noted are:
Alma 1-1 RID 1330216
1-5 RID 1293030
1-27 RID 1331628
1-35 RID 1330238
Tanker 1 RID 1380198
Any units that don't have 800 radios come through on the patch RID.
Heard on the Mount Pleasant tower.

What does 'station 20' even mean? As in, where is it? I believe MSP Station 70 is in Gaylord

MSP Station 20 is in Detroit. If you're referring to Station 20 for the DNR I can't answer that one.

Does anyone know if Wexford county has fully migrated to the MPSCS for fire/EMS dispatch? As of a week ago, quite a few departments were all on 159.105, could they have switched that fast?

TG-5459 Encrypted talkgroup was very active today during a bunch of down power lines. Could it be Consumers Energy? Also getting hits from 22042 which is also encrypted. Dunno if any of them are related to Consumers or not. I heard they were supposed to be all heading over to the MPSCS.

Could it be a repeater from MPSCS as not all radio's/media are converted over. Here they mirror the EMS (which switch to MPSCS) on their old primary frequency still.

There's absolutely nothing going down on 159.105, and eDispatches hasn't logged anything recently. I put more facts into a topic over here

TG 13932-MDOT 5708 (RID 3670044) called Marion Garage. Unit 2034 (RID 3670059) responded. Heard on the Big Rapids tower.

We recently received two submissions that 13932 is: "70UIC09 Unified Incident Command 9" in Ottawa County. Could this be the result of a patch from on talkgroup to another?

MDOT units in Osceola County switched to this talkgroup last year.
They were formerly on TG 4164.
I don't know what sort of patch there would be between Osceola County and Ottawa County.
