I strongly suspect 5245 is Grayling (City) PD/Fire. Heard on the grayling tower, Crawford County RID's. Discussion Station 2 to 2xx. One person referred to is as GPD1. Grayling has a 'public safety' department so the fire fighters are also law enforcement.

It's due to the genesee simulcast getting IP upgraded... Notice was sent out few weeks ago... it's completed and everything is back normal now..

New Genesee County talkgroup may be added soon? Genesee County's outdoor warning sirens just recieved a radio upgrade and I think I read somewhere that they were putting them onto a radio system soon... so if anyone hears lots of data on a Genesee Co talkgroup this may be what's going on.

The outdoor warning is on VHF even the new system. It is not on a "Talkgroup" on the MPSCS system.. it's AFSK based federal signal.

Genesee Sirens are Federal Signal Based and the installations were done by West Shore Services, at least the radios on the sirens were.

Now seeing a lot of the roscommon jail traffic on 5382. No mention of a channel ID that I have heard yet other than "<Unit> on Jail"
