Looking for some confirmation on a new talkgroup heard on Kent County Simulcast, I believe it is Consumers Energy. Discussion heard about Black, Red and Blue blades (the colors of 3-phase power wiring). Taking measurements and reinstalling pins for cable removal.

I have RID 9413568 on Aero Med 2, and a handful of other 9413xxx RID's as aero med. I wonder if it was AeroMed and they were doing maintenance checks on an aircraft? The blades of helicopters can be referred to as red, yellow, blue and black....?

4970 was Aero Med's original dispatch channel before they switched to 13184.

The MPSCS will be adding channels to the below RF sites. This work will require a site outage which will disconnect all registered portable and mobile subscribers from the site.

The window for completing this work is scheduled as follows:

I've had that one on TG's 11371 & 11402.. I've been seeing 886xxxx RIDs as well. Those (886xxxx) might be DTE as I've seen some on those on already known/listed DTE talkgroups.

Figured as much. It's missing from the database. 4821 is listed as Antrim COM, but it also sounds like Missaukee schools traffic.

Regarding 22826 mentioned in post #8, on my way into work this morning I caught a slow speed chase on that TG. Things mentioned were "emergency traffic on east". Buncha' road names rattled off...definitely took my by surprise. I did not have radio ID turned on and I was driving so this was all by ear.
