4441 Harrisville EMS heard many times last few days off Mio tower.
Does this map accurately reflect the MPSCS regions? Its the closest I could find... Link to photo page with additional info.

That jives with the MSP and EMD regions/districts, but the MPSCS radio zones are different.
Had to do some digging, because I thought I had it saved somewhere:

Heard a state wide bol on the Mio tower about 9:30-10pm but missed the Tg was like two 4 digit 1234 5678, i think i saw 48** 58** was a secret service bol that gave a Washington DC area code 202 *** ****, anyone ever see a TG like that or multiples?

I-Call? There is usually an "i" at the beginning of the number if it was.
ICALL is now 8Call, and both are analog. (Unless someone has a TG, and they used the same name.)
No. KD8FSJ is referring to radio to radio transmission on MPSCS, not any calling channel.

Apparently, DPD had a significant part of the VP escort duties. (One of the guys at work's father watched them go by. None of us can figure out why DPD would be involved, when this was well outside the city.)
