MPSCS switch to Phase II?

When will MPSCS switch to Phase II? I think this would require radio upgraded to the APX models if I am not mistaken.

The system is Phase II capable in most urban areas already; however, it will likely be some time until all the radios across the system are upgraded. All ASTRO Saber/Spectra and XTS/XTL radios will eventually be replaced; many areas have already been purchasing APX series radios for the past two years. With that said, some Phase II Talkgroups will likely pop up over the coming months, but not for the masses, unless they are new users to the system; likely course of migration...
