MPSCS trouble receiving

I am a newbie here so I apologize in advance if this has already been asked. I have a PR0-106 scanner which I haven't used in about a year. For some reason I can no longer receive the MPSCS channels I used to listen to last year (Roseville, Sterling Hts, Utica, Shelby twp., etc). I can only receive Warren PD.

Has something changed or has there been a system upgrade ?

The radio freqs were rebanded. 861 to 851, 862 to 852 etc. Do you have the new freqs programmed?

No I probably don't. If I re-download the Radio Reference table for those areas using a program like PSR Edit will that automatically download the new frequencies ?

Yes, the database has been updated. Or you can manually lower the frequencies in your scanner by 15mhz(i.e. 868.475 to 853.475).

You can also just go into your software and change anything that starts with 868.xxxx to 853.xxxx and 867.xxxx to 852.xxxx and anything that is 861.xxxx to 851.xxxx if you don't want to re-download the entire database. Plus if your using the PSR Edit software you can just go into each system and click the reband button and it will change them for you.
