I might be up in the night but I have never heard a data channel on 867.5250.
It is a MPT1327 data channel and I am using trunkview to see the traffic.
Also Unitrunker shows ID joins and ID's.

No data in the FCC for this freq.

Any ideas? Anyone know who this is?

ID shows 4099 and ID 40B1
w/ ch 392.

Not sure what your saying here. You are NOT hearing data on this freq?
Not many of us can hear down in your area (Payson) so it makes it difficult to help.
How did you determine it was MPT1327?

Data yes.
its a MPT1397 data channel.

Both Universal Trunker and a tool called Trunkview confirms it is MPT1327.
I have also found two others in the 900mhz range but have not spent anytime on them yet.

Here is some data from today.

I would be very interested to get additional information about this signal.

MPT1327/1343 systems scare me as we can not listen to them.

However if more users in the US were to start using them then the the scanner manufactures might start to support them.

Hey ranger2004, is there any way you cold get an audio recording of the data feed? I would like to hear what the CC sounds like...

bneilson, go to this Web site. It has a huge variety of digital mode CC samples that you can listen to. Scroll down a little over half way and you will find MPT1327 listed. Click in the left box. It takes a little time to load the sample.

This Web site also describes this Data format as common in European countries, Australia, South Africa, and the UK.

You should add this Web site to your favorites/bookmarks for future reference.
