MS COMM REGION NETS

I have never sat down and listened to the region nets. But i'm assuming the patches from a dept to sp are going through region nets? I dont think im missing anything by not listening to the region nets am I?? Please let me know! Thanks

With the exception of the Region Nets that are hard patched to the Zone primary TGs on the P25 system, the Region Nets see very little use.

KB1VLA pretty much covered it. There are some that are simulcast for the Zone Primary so county and local agencies can listen in and for the scanner buffs who don't have the funds to purchase a high-end digital scanner.
