I listened from a couple places on the westside this evening and was able to log the following.

Looks like they have decided to use frequencies for sites not matching their licenses.

Basically, just upgrading the Motorola system to newest MotoTRBO version and integrate data and voice. Wonder if you can actually do the school security system over the radio screen with the newest TRBO series like you can send video to an APX?

MSD Wayne had such a diverse radio system in the past. They had schools on UHF analog, UHF DMR, & school buses and one high school on IDPS MESA. At least now they can have a common radio system.

I heard a ton of activity on TG1 which is enc so I assume it's the school buses.

I've only heard one brief transmission on IDPS/MESA TG WTSD-SEC 1 in the past week.

Yep, all TG are strapped E on the new system. Once transition is completed, you'll only hear WT callsigns on S1 when WTSD Police talk to IMPD for interoperability. Luckily they are the only other School District in Marion County going full E so far. A couple of others have capabilities but only use it for lock down, or if they think its absolutely needed. So far Perry PD are the only ones I hear regularly on MESA talking to IMPD or MCSO.

From monitoring TG 1 this afternoon, ID 2017 seems to be the base with various 1XXX IDs being the buses.

Anyone able to determine the LCNs for this site?

CC 11
461.15
461.9125

I tried 1 & 2 and 2 & 1 but it doesn't decode.

All the other sites use LCNs 1 & 2.

Any other license for the same place? Possibly there are conventional license that is actually part of the TRS ? Try 3, and 4?

I find 436HP LCN decode requires a strong signal over a long period of time (which doesn't work when I'm just driving around).

I may have to do like the old days of LTR LCN determining when I would make 20 systems (one each for the 20 different LCN channels) and see which one I'd log talk groups on. 🤣

Some potentially useful info:
IMPD NW control operator tried (unsuccessfully) to hail a Wayne Twp school car this morning, and noted that they are to be on IMPD district channels going forward.

Yeah all public school SRO's, and Campus PD Officers must have an radio capable of MESA S1 and have the IMPD District (1's) in them. IPS PD has all 4 of those in the same Zone as their own TG's so can switch over when needed. Most of the other schools have to supply their officers with MESA S1 radios since they are on DMR, or NXDN systems, not the MESA P25. Most of the colleges are now on the MESA, and monitor the IMPD district TG's.
