Recently ive been hearing troop c chatter with st. francis county units. Due to the two protests that took place in parkhills, i had the chance to capture a frequency with close call and its 42.000. State uses this channel to communicate with near-by units for example parkhills PD. This is car-to-car talk only. I have also learned that state units are tuned into st. francis county dispatch aswell. This makes me curious of what kind of radio set-up theyre using. But anyways, if anyone is in the area that wants to tune in you can.
