I have been scanning for years but with the new MOSWIN system I can hear stuff I have never heard before. One of them is the radio ID that begins with W. ie; W189 or W 214. Who are those folks? Just thought I would show my dumb side and ask.

Ok the W guys are in the Commerical Enforcement Division of the Highway Patrol. Also as Weight (Scales).

Ahhh. The guys that randomly pull over tractor trailers. Usually the brown pick-ups. Thanks.
