Looks like MSU/Oktibbeha Co. finally has rebanding. I will try to get the changes in tonight.

OK, the Mississippi State Universtity/Oktibbeha County TRS updated to reflect rebanded freqs. No changes that I can see for the MSU SMR SCAT sites, and yes the SCAT's are licensed as SMR, so you could actually see any user, not just Public Safety etc on them, and both sites are licensed for both freqs. We need a little more close monitoring to nail down that last LCN for the main system, and any new users that are on it. Unknown exactly when they will convert it over to MSWIN, but it will be in next 2 to 3 years as EDACS is going bye bye. (I also expect the U of M LTR to convert to either MSWIN, or go TRBO in same time frame. Speaking of which, we still need the full LCN order for that one too.)
