MSWIN offshore site

On the main MSWIN page is some info from 2010 that states that there is a microwave link to a 700mhz site on a platform off shore. Anybody know where it is and what the C.C. is??

Not sure if that site is still online as it was put in place specifically for reaching the accident site and for cleanup of the spillage from the BP rig explosion.
