Mt. Hood Ski Patrol

Does anyone know where I could find radio frequencies for Mt. Hood Ski Patrol. I have tried seaching google, and on here. I did not find much.

Maybe some of you savvy folks could help out.

These freqs are used by Mt. Hood Ski Patrol 154.085 ops repeater, and 155.205 simplex.

Is there any chance anyone knows the PL tones? I know, it's a stretch, but worth asking!
