i have a mtx 838 for the 900 mhz and i am trying to lisen to a company with invertion.now i cant seem to understand them.this radio has a chip in it how do i enable and disable it.

Try one of the side buttons, I know the Midian boards use a programmable side button to toggle between scramble and clear mode.
