Multi agency bait car chase, interesting study

OCPD, Sante Fe Div. and OHP are following a guy that I think is in a bait car because they are using tracking information. They are following it in Shawnee at this time and so far OCPD's radios are working ok. OHP on the other hand is out of radio contact with his dispatch. So this will show if the link that OCPD has with ONG and OG&E's towers will work. OCPD watch commander said he only wants himself and 2 OCPD units out of district.

I now think its LoJack hit. They are following multiple cars along with Shawnee PD. So its not a bait car.

They know where the suspect car is, but OCPD officers can figure out Shawnee's neighborhoods and they are lost.
