This evening around 5:15pm, there was a call that went out to Orting Fire. It Was a MVA. A women was attempting to push her car off the road and was struck from behind and pinned between two cars. Shortly after, East Pierce Fire and Rescue was toned out for mutual aid with Orting. East Pierce sent 6 engines, and three medics, and a Battilion Chief. It was later reprted that it was a multi-car involvememnt. there was at least one extrication, and this person was considered RED (if you don't know triage, red is really bad, meaing immediate attention with life threatening injuries). Airlift was established if needed. Around 5:40pm, another battlion chief from Puyallup and Medic 2 from Puyllup were dispatched to run mutual aid with East Pierce. this was an extremly busy call, and they switched to frequency 3 (what ever that is), so i only herd Firecom talking, and not command at scene. This incident is still goin on if you interested tune to: 154.3850. Also about 3 minutes before this call went out to East Pierce there was acar fire called in at 214th and South Prarie. this call also stole 2 engines and 1 medic. So right now East Pierrce is extremley under staffed with volunteers heading to the stations to staff back up rigs.

Just thought I would let you guys know what is going on, and that Bonney Lake gets a lot of action, and I don't know why I am the only one monitoring it.
