Multipsk. Need setting the program up

Ok I know this program is not a scanner related program, So please bare with me,

I am new to the digital modes on Ham radio. Can any one help me set the Mutlipsk program. It would be appreciate a lot.

If you're just listening running a shielded line from your radio to the line in or mic in (some PCs are different...) will do. Otherwise, if you're looking at setting it up for xmiting, then the best place to find the answers would be...
