Muscatine PD listening

Hello all.....new to the forum here,I recently moved to Muscatine from the Quad Cities and I want to re program my BC245XLT scanner to listen to Muscatine PD , Fire and Sherriff..you know. I had her all set up for trunking the QC Area and it worked well,but when I programmed the Muscatine frequency (855.4875) I get garbles.....what do I need to do down here and will my scanner do it? You will need a digital scanner to monitor Muscatine PD or Muscatine FD's 800 MHz channels.

Second on that...City of Muscatine is all APCO-25 now.

what are musatine's freq. and ids

There's been another thread on this topic that said that PD is using 857.4875 and that FD had switched to MOTOTRBO.
