Music on 161.64 mhz?

Okay, so this has been going on for days now. This music is so crisp and clear, it makes me wonder if it's being rebroadcasted. It is not in the railroad band (as it ends at 161.565). It's not TV interference, as I've already debunked that. It has to be interference from something... somewhere, but what?

I'm hearing this from Cottondale. Anyone else hear this?

It is IFB from a radio or TV station.
They commonly use
161.64
161.67
161.7
161.73
161.76
166.25
170.15
450-451
455-456
and a few channels in the 25-26 MHz range

this is a remote broadcast/STL freq.
Used for studio to transmitter link

I think that frequency can be used for a STL only on a temporary basis according to the regs. Maybe a station's STL went down, and they are using this as a backup until it is repaired.

I'd be curious to know how long that signal continues. If you never hear commercials / ID, it may indicate someone bought/found/stole a Marti and is using it illegally.
