Muskegon County MPSCS Simulcast Cell

I get everything non encrypted. Dispatches, interoperability, fireground, fire paging, state police dispatch, aeromed, air lz, etc. Ill provide a full list in awhile when i get a chance.

I also do not hear anything other than main dispatch channels Fire paging, and the county fireground channels. Of course I hear aeromed and state police but when it comes to muskegon only talkgroups, not much. Whenever fire goes to their 1300 or 1800 talkgroup I never hear. I recall listening once when they went to interop and I never heard anything either. I was beginning to wonder if most channels are encrypted. This is while listening to only the Muskegon simulcast system (3/50) on a Unication G4.

Almost a third of Muskegons talkgroups are encrypted. Each fire department has their own encrypted talkgroup, as well as each police department. Encrypted Fire Talkgroups are 61F100 - 61F1300. Encrypted police are 61P600-61P630. Not guaranteed to be correct, but thats mostly spot on.

Heres the history i have for it. 10614774 is likely a Norton Shores Fire unit. But tgis RID is all over the place, seen on USCG, MED2...

I'm Almost certain that 13751 is 61LEIN. Multi agency police traffic and always a dispatch console.

Looking for any history of MPSCS TG 23312. I previously logged it and posted it in the forum in January as Fruitport Fire Proprietary (61F500), but I cannot find any evidence to confirm its identity. Based on two months of unitrunker logging and pretty much all clear calls since day one, there is no record of it ever being used... But also something weird is that this talk group only appears in logs as a CRC / checksum error. Can somebody explain this?

This log is a Control Channel Decoded Message Log from SDRTrunk. I used everything.exe to search all the logs for keyword "23312" and this is what I got. Collapsed results are partial number matches / bigger numbers that contain 23312.

TG 23312 only appears as CRC errors, no history or logs anywhere containing it.
