Muting of SDS200 - yet Stream audio just fine?

Hello... Probably a stupid question.. I've been using ProScan... And so far so good - streaming, Remote control, etc.
Dumb question - If I turn the volume down on the SDS-200 - Can I still stream it just fine? I know I can mute the stream - but is the reverse possible? Sometimes I don't want it on if I have something going on - yet would like the stream to be up.

Yes. The scanner volume control has no effect on the LAN audio.

My feed scanner is almost always at Vol level zero. I got other scanner to listen to.
