How do police departments split their responsibilities when it comes to MVAs that occur along the border of two townships? East Hanover Ave., for example, runs along the Hanover Township and Morris Township border. Does the CAD at the Comm Center decide what patrol unit from either township is closer and is available and then routes the call to that township's dispatcher?
