MVI file upload problem/error

I am having trouble uploading an important audio/video file that I need to attach to my thread for Uniden Tech Support Forums as of, 6/04/2018. It is a 10 sec. MVI File that contains audio needed for proof to go along with my typed thread but cannot upload it to Radio Reference for my thread due to the error that I keep receiving from Radio Reference when I try to upload it. Please see attached image!
