My Counties Fcc grants

I have both Nassau and Suffolk counties in the my counties section on the my rr home screen and it displays fcc grants and fcc licenses when they are updated. How would I add New York State Police to the home screen to display any new fcc data like whats offered in the my counties section?

When I add them it puts them into my agencies and will only display rr database updates..

Maybe the county albany is in would solve part of it...

I'm guessing there isn't any easy way to do this given agency FCC licenses could conceivably be licensed for any county and could be named in many ways: "STATE OF NEW YORK"; "NEW YORK, STATE OF"; etc.
