DSDPlus My DSD+ doesn't work

I've been trying to get my DSD+ to work for a few days to listen to DMR but I haven't been able to listen to it. The plugin detects when it's DMR but I can't hear it and I get these errors. I've tried reinstalling the program several times, looking for tutorials everywhere but I haven't been able to solve it. It would be very helpful if you could help me.

I'm new to this and I don't know what you mean by DMR modes. With another plugin (Simple DMR) I can get the voice but not fluidly, so I try that and that's why I'm sure that frequency is voice and not data.

Your pic only indicates its receiving data (green box) at the time you took the pic.

There are lots of errors (red box) and all different color codes. Is your ppm set properly? What's your gain set at? Include a pic of fmp while there is a signal present.

Welcome to the RR forums. The "ERR"s you are receiving are normal. There will always be an error rate of some sort when the frequency transmits a data signal, the fact it's a low number tells me it's a strong signal. You provided no info about the frequency you are tuned to or who uses it so I can only assume by your screenshot that there is no voice activity at the time you're listening. Do you know who you are tuned to or did you just tune to a random frequency you found?

With another plugin (Simple DMR) I can get the voice but not fluidly
At the same exact time as DSDPlus shows only data?

Hello, I'm going to try and thank you very much for your answers and I'm going to adjust the parameters that you recommended. I was trying to receive the security radio from a building near my house that is on the frequency 420.525 and what it said was that with Simple DMR I could receive it but with very little fluidity. In SDRSrap I try to have the gain and certain parameters more in automatic mode, which has worked perfectly for me for analog frequencies.

No, there should be no decode errors on strong signals, so there shouldn't "always" be errors.

the fact it's a low number tells me it's a strong signal.
Uh, not so fast. That looks like the old version of DSD+. It doesn't decode some DMR frames, like CSBKs, so I suspect that that error count is only for the header (CACH - had to look that up...) and maybe a "slot type" PDU; the DMR standard says that those have around 12 total payload bits (4 bit color code, 4 bit slot type, 4 protected CACH bits), so to me, 3 bit errors in those tiny payloads sounds atrocious and not what one should expect from a strong undistorted signal.
