Under my tag you can goto my fees, but it souds almost like under water.

The Setup:

BCT15X on the recording port, going to a 3.5 to Red/White Cables into a audio isolator then into a Red/White cable to 3.5 mm into a USB Sound card into the server (Dell R210)

Any ideas what could cause this? I have the newesr RadioFeed and the gain is set to -15 dB to slow down the over modulation

Does the USB sound card have both a line-in jack and a microphone jack? If it has both jacks and your feed is connected to the microphone jack, try connecting it to the line-in jack. A line-level signal is much hotter than a mic-level signal, and the record-out jack on the scanner is most likely a line-level signal.

If the USB sound card only has one input jack, try using the headphone jack on the front for your audio signal. You can then use the scanner's volume control and RadioFeed's gain control to tweak the audio to your liking.
