After checking out several other posts on here I realized I had an unused havis console in the garage. Trail, Error, Right & Wrong Brackets later I have this beauty.

2 BC996T Fire/EMS
1 996XT Expansion
3 BC780XLT Air & Rail

Combination of Havis & Troy Face plates.

2x MCA204M Multicouplers
1x Jim M-75 Amplifier

If anyone can recommend a 1 piece Havis face plate to use for the 780xlt's I'd love to swap the troy ones out.

I wouldn't even think the M-75 would be necessary using the MCA204M Multicouplers as they have LNA's themselves.

I really wanted to go the Havis 14" C-1400 Truck Console rack but the price point was too high.

It worked on my handhelds. Still trying to determine if its actually doing anything on this set up.

I use the same 4-way power supply. However, ScannerMaster is way too expensive.

Havis no longer makes a single-piece plate for the BC780XLT, 785, 796. However, the SDS200 is close to the identical measurement and the plate part number is C-EB40-SDS-1P
