Radios, scanners, an RC plane junk all in one 7 x 12 little room that is curtained off from a big room.

I like it. Messy yet functional! Looks like my comm shack with the exception of a "Yo Quierro Taco Bell" Chiuahhah (sp?) dog doll in a cubby hole at the top of my hutch next to the Rat Shack speaker!!!

Quick, somebody call HAZMAT!!

LOL. Only kidding ya Ron. You got a radio "room" that looks like it's being used. All those nice neat clutter-free areas that some take pride in, well do they really use those radios, scanners, etc.? Ell man, you make my shack look like a disaster after the bombs dropped. Keep up the "...in use Radio Room look..."

DX-160 over in the corner?

Yep, got it off of ebay a coupla years back for $105 with shipping from Florida included. It looks an works like it just came out of the store. Been listening to Radio Romania an some station in Stockholm Sweden the last coupla days.

My scanner is kinda hid behind the computer BC898T. Listen to a few stations around here due to the fact that I have no idea how to program the tone stuff into it or whatever it is they use now...LOL

Kinda reminds me of my garage workbench in the winter months, Its well used and there is a clean area for new projects. Nothing wrong with having it all right there, when you need it. Would like to see the planes thou.

I dont think it's junky at all. It simply looks like you get actual use out of your bench. At least there's not hairballs and random trash laying everywhere.

That's not "Junky"- a busy hobby workbench is more like it!

Those planes add a nice touch of color to the room and are no doubt good fun.

The only bad point in your pictures is the ashtray- gotta get that outta there.
Quit smoking myself back in 2004 (after 15 years)...actually enjoy it....but with a stroke and cardiovascular disease in the family, gave it up after a few hospital visits. Enough said.

Regards, Commscanaus
