So far installed is a Yaesu FT-7800 and a RS-2096. For Antennas I have mounted a 3db gain Motorola 800 Antenna, 1/4 wave 2meter antenna, and a low profile antenna for 800(black one). Every thing is fused with a Rig Runner distribution block I'm working on getting a Icom 706(already Have) with a Lil Tarheel antenna. Not show are the strobes in the head lights and tail light.

Just taking my time to make it look nice.....

Very nice those are some pictures I've been looking for. Was it very hard to put the 2096 in the dash along with the aftermarket radio, this is something I plan to do with my trailblazer but with a GRE PSR-600 and maybe a flip screen. You might be the only one so far to have it setup that way.

P.S. You a member of Trailvoy, if not you might want to check out the site, its a great place for us fellow Trailblazer owners.

Here's my current setup.

I took out that old stereo and installed a new one with a Din E type. I picked up the housing from Best Buy and it had a cubby hole in it. I cut out the bottom portion of it leaving only the very top wide piece of the plastic left on the mounting bracket(the width of the scanner). Taped it in with electric tape and placed it in the truck. Then I had to cut the face plate on the truck its self to accomidate the scanner. I used a Dremel to cut it off. When done it only left the very botttom portion of the face between the scanner and the heater. If you need more pics let me know. I would be glad to help....
