Makes sense. I would prefer to edit my original post to include that it is resolved, but you only get an hour or something. Mostly I feel dumb for not RTFM and using the right cable. I also was not expecting so many helpful replies.

Cables can be tricky sometimes. I have a usb extension cable that works with my Airspy on one pc but not the other. Both ports are usb3.0.

Personally, I would rather see a snarky answer than none at all. Too many people have issues resolved and don't bother to let anyone else know. That said, posting what fixed the issue is always a nice bonus.
