No, i'm not crazy. While listening to the Montgomery (Alabama) City-County EDACS system last Saturday, my PRO-96 displayed a new talkgroup, 1304. An individual with professional knowledge of the system informed me that there was no talkgroup 1304 as part of the system.

Since I was monitoring with T4Win at the time, I checked the talkgroup list and sure enough, there wasn't a TG 1304 present. On a hunch, I checked the radio_ID list and voila, 1304 was listed as a radio ID at around the same time as I received it on my PRO-96.

Needless to say, I am VERY puzzled as to what happened. Anyone have any idea?

As I said on email, it was probably a decoding glitch - a bit got messed up and it thought the radio ID was a TG.
