I would like to thank NDRADIONUT for taking the time to talk wit me long distance. Using the wildcard I found on the Barbour County network 9001WVSPShinDP, 9001 ElkinsPD and 818 GraftonPDp. They are locked out now and I'm still searching. So far no Philippi PD. I am starting to suspect they are dispatched from thr SO for cost savings. Heck there only two blocks apart. I will post anything I find here.
Philippi PD uses the Sheriff's Office talkgroup 407. They are the 700 units.

Thank you. I am good to go then.
I believe Philippi Units are 700-705 or 706, Belington and Junior Units are higher numbers like in the 730's.
